A beautiful and effortless fall charcuterie board featuring sweet figs, salty prosciutto, creamy cheeses, and a drizzle of honey. Perfect for impressing guests without stress, this board is quick to assemble and packed with seasonal flavors.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8–10 fresh figs, halved
  • 1/4 cup honey, plus more for drizzling
  • 4–6 ounces prosciutto, thinly sliced
  • 6–8 ounces aged gouda
  • 4–6 ounces brie or camembert
  • 1 crusty baguette, sliced into thin rounds
  • 1/2 cup toasted almonds
  • 1/4 cup dried apricots
  • 2–3 fresh rosemary sprigs
  • Flaky sea salt, a pinch
  • 3–4 tablespoons fig jam or mostarda

Instructions

  1. Place your large wooden board or platter on your work surface. Make sure it is clean and dry.
  2. Place small bowls of fig jam and honey on the board first to anchor the layout.
  3. Place the wedge of aged gouda and the wheel of brie on opposite sides of the board. Cut the gouda into thin slices or small triangles and fan them out slightly. Leave the brie whole or cut it into wedges.
  4. Drape the thin slices of prosciutto in loose, ruffled folds near the brie.
  5. Halve the fresh figs and place them cut-side up in clusters around the board.
  6. Fan the baguette slices in a neat row or semi-circle on one side of the board.
  7. Sprinkle the toasted almonds and dried apricots in the gaps between the larger items.
  8. Tuck a few sprigs of fresh rosemary around the board. Drizzle a little extra honey over the figs and the brie. Sprinkle a pinch of flaky sea salt over the entire board.
  9. Serve immediately.

Notes

For best flavor, let cheeses come to room temperature for 20 minutes before serving. If preparing ahead, slice cheese and chop fruit a few hours in advance; add honey drizzle and rosemary garnish just before serving. Do not overcrowd the board—leave space between items for an elegant look.
