A quick, 5-ingredient breakfast made by soaking rolled oats, peanut butter, protein powder, and milk overnight. This recipe is perfect for meal prep and provides a creamy, high-protein start to your day.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/2 cup Old-Fashioned Rolled Oats
  • 2 tablespoons Creamy Peanut Butter
  • 1 scoop Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 3/4 cup Milk (dairy or non-dairy)
  • 1 teaspoon Maple Syrup (optional)
  • Pinch of Salt

Instructions

  1. Add rolled oats and vanilla protein powder to the bottom of a 16-ounce mason jar.
  2. Add maple syrup if using.
  3. Scoop creamy peanut butter into the jar on top of the dry ingredients.
  4. Slowly pour cold milk over the ingredients.
  5. Add a pinch of salt.
  6. Stir vigorously with a spoon or small whisk to break up peanut butter clumps and dissolve protein powder.
  7. Seal the jar tightly and shake to combine.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, ideally overnight (8-12 hours).
  9. In the morning, stir well. Add a splash of milk if too thick.
  10. Serve cold, optionally topped with banana slices, chia seeds, or extra peanut butter.

Notes

Ensure the jar has a tight-fitting lid to prevent leaks. If using stiff peanut butter, microwave for 10 seconds to soften. Adjust milk amount based on desired consistency and protein powder thickness. Best consumed within 5 days if meal prepping.
